Our English Preparatory Class is specially designed for aspiring hospitality professionals who are passionate about cooking or food and beverage management but need to strengthen their English language skills to meet the requirements of our Swiss-accredited 2-year Diploma programs. This intensive foundation course provides the essential language proficiency and introductory culinary and F&B knowledge to ensure your successful transition and academic achievement.

Tuition Fee
The tuition fee for the 21-week English Preparatory Semester is $1,600. This investment includes student uniforms as well as all food and beverage ingredients used during practical training, ensuring students gain hands-on experience without additional material costs.
Designed as an accessible pathway into professional hospitality education, the program offers strong value while preparing students for further studies in Culinary Arts or Food & Beverage Management.
Note: Students who successfully complete the Preparatory Semester (S0) receive a 25% discount on the first installment of Campus Semester 1, reducing the initial payment from $2,020.00 to $1,517.25.
