On January 23, PIE proudly hosted a special Alumni Night at our campus, bringing together graduates from many different generations to celebrate an important milestone — our continuity under the PIE brand and the exciting new chapter for our training programs.
The evening was not only a joyful reunion, but also a reminder of the strong community that has grown around our institution over the years. Seeing former students return to campus, reconnect with instructors, and meet the next generation of trainees made the event truly meaningful.
The catering for the evening was prepared and served by our Basic Training Class, giving current students the opportunity to showcase their skills in a real event setting.
From food preparation to service, the students demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and creativity — exactly the qualities that define the PIE learning approach.
Events like this are an important part of our training philosophy, as they allow students to gain hands-on experience in real hospitality situations, while also interacting with graduates who are already working in the industry.
